1.1 Information you provide directly
- Email address - when you purchase a product or sign up for our newsletter.
- Payment information - credit/debit card, FPX, or GrabPay details, processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Brief / order details - if you purchase the Custom Video AI service, your description of the video you want.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- IP-based location (city, country, region) - captured via Vercel edge headers to understand where customers come from.
- Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) - for analytics on how visitors use the site.
- Cookies and analytics events - through Google Analytics 4 and (optionally) TikTok Pixel.
1.3 Information from connected platforms
If you (the account owner) connect a TikTok account to the private admin dashboard, we receive your TikTok profile (display name, avatar, follower count, total likes, video list with view counts) via TikTok's official Login Kit / Display API. This connection is initiated by you and you can disconnect at any time.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver products - sending the Blueprint PDF, fulfilling Custom Video orders, sending free starter PDFs to newsletter subscribers.
- To communicate - order confirmations, support replies, and newsletter updates you opted into.
- To improve the Site - understanding aggregate visitor behavior so we can make better products.
- To prevent fraud - verifying payments via Stripe and detecting abusive signups.
We do not sell your information to anyone, ever. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
- Stripe - payment processing
- Resend - sending transactional and newsletter emails
- Google Analytics - anonymized visitor analytics
- Vercel - website hosting
- Cloudflare - DNS and security
- Upstash - encrypted data storage for orders and email list
- TikTok - if account owner connects TikTok account to the admin dashboard
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored encrypted at rest on Vercel KV (Upstash Redis) servers. Connections to our Site are encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Only the site owner has access to customer email addresses and order details.
5. Your Rights (Including PDPA Compliance)
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing haziqjadi@gmail.com.
- Request deletion of your data - email us and we'll delete your record within 30 days.
- Request a copy of the data we have about you - email us.
- Disconnect TikTok - if you (the account owner) connected a TikTok account, you can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings.
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data at any time.
Delete your data: email haziqjadi@gmail.com from the address you used, and we will delete your record (email, order details, and any reference images you sent) within 7 days under Malaysian PDPA.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for basic site functionality (remembering your cart, analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
7. Children
Our Site is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
