Welcome to haziqjadi.com (the "Site"), operated by haziq.jadi ("we", "us", "our") from Malaysia. By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing products such as the Blueprint Jadi Sesiapa Pun, Custom Video AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Products and Services
- Blueprint Jadi Sesiapa Pun (RM15) - a digital PDF guide on creating AI personas and viral content. Delivered automatically via email upon successful payment.
- Custom Video AI (RM49) - a custom AI-generated video produced for the buyer based on the brief they submit. Delivered via email within 3 business days after the buyer provides reference images.
2. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, FPX (Malaysian online banking), GrabPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
3. Digital Delivery and Refunds
- Blueprint PDF is delivered instantly via email. Once delivered, no refunds are available - the product cannot be "returned" once you've received the file.
- For Custom Video AI: if we fail to deliver within 7 business days of receiving your reference images, you may request a full refund.
- If the email delivery fails for technical reasons on our side, contact haziqjadi@gmail.com and we will resend or refund.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Blueprint PDF and all content on the Site is the copyrighted property of haziq.jadi. You may use it for personal learning. You may NOT redistribute, resell, or publicly share the PDF or its contents.
- Custom Video AI delivered to you is 100% yours to use on your own social media. We will not post it on our own TikTok or share it publicly.
5. Newsletter
By signing up for our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails about AI tools, prompts, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting haziqjadi@gmail.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use any Site product or service to:
- Create or distribute content that promotes hate, violence, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or any other illegal activity under Malaysian law.
- Generate sexual or sexually-suggestive content depicting any real person, especially minors.
- Generate content using the face or likeness of any real person without their explicit consent, including but not limited to celebrities, politicians, athletes, classmates, family members, or strangers.
- Generate non-consensual deepfakes, harassment material, or impersonation content used to defame, defraud, or intimidate.
- Upload images or videos of minors (under 18) other than yourself.
- Create content for political disinformation, fake news, or election manipulation.
- Resell or sublicense our digital products (Blueprint PDF, Custom Video).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, abuse free-credit signups via multiple emails, or scrape our content.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove generated content that violates these terms. Egregious violations may be reported to Malaysian authorities under MCMC and PDPA frameworks.
7. Connected Accounts (TikTok Integration)
If you (the site owner) connect a TikTok account to the private admin dashboard at haziqjadi.com/owner, you authorize us to read your TikTok profile data (display name, follower count, video list, view counts) via TikTok's official Login Kit. This data is used only for your own dashboard view. You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings.
8. AI Generation, Biometric Data, and Takedown
- Where you provide a face image for a Custom Video, it constitutes biometric data under most privacy frameworks. By sending it, you consent to your image being processed by us and our AI tools for the purpose of producing your requested video.
- Reference images you send for a Custom Video are used only to produce your video, not shared or reused for anything else.
- You must be at least 18 years old to order a Custom Video, or have explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian if younger.
- Takedown: if you discover that content has been generated using your face or likeness without your consent, email haziqjadi@gmail.com with the URL or description. We will investigate and remove confirmed violations within 48 hours.
- Right to be forgotten: you may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing haziqjadi@gmail.com. We honor delete requests within 7 days under Malaysian PDPA.
8.1 Disclaimer
The Blueprint and other content are educational. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. follower counts, income, virality). Your results depend on your effort, niche, audience, and platform algorithms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, haziq.jadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
